I was listening to one of the American podcasts where they were talking about Minions. It got me thinking that this might be a fun 35pts. ..
Bloody Barnabas Wrastler Spitter Max Gators Max Gators Croak Hunter Croak Hunter Feralgeist Swamp Gobber
What do you think? I want a tricky list, easy to play and something different to my Menoth.

Just now I finished my first battle with Barnaba (it's the first time that i play Minions) and I think that he's a real good warlock. I played at 15 pts. with this list: Bloody Barnabas (*6pts) * Bone Swarm (4pts) * Ironback Spitter (8pts) Gatormen Posse (Leader and 4 Grunts) (9pts)
against Retribution of Scyrah and I won. Probably in future I'll order this pieces, but for now, I'm going to test this list again and again.

I won by scenario but I destroyed all the opponent's pieces except the caster (Ravyn). The battle was very hard but the spell "SWAMP PIT" saved me the life a lot of time, essential against ranged attacks (only ranged, not magic) with a warlock essentially by melee (thing that, for example, Xerxis hasn't).

I see many people telling me about the Bull Snapper. I think I will have to make some changes and give it a try. Hopefully this evening I will get my first game with this army.

Bull Snapper is so strange beast. It's very powerfull but, at the same time, the fact that you can kill only one living model per activation is so bad. The animus is the showpiece of this beast, one of the better animus that I saw. We'll expect the report!

I had some table time with my Gators last night. This is the list I used - Bloody Barnabas Wrastler Spitter Bull Snapper Croak Hunter Feralgiest max Gators max Gators It´s a list recommended by someone on the PP forums. I faced off against a new player with eMorvahna - eMorvhana Satyr Pureblood max Skinwalkers with UA Druid Wilder max Reeves We played the Destruction scenario and I won when a charging Gatorman smashed eMorvahna in the face (after she was heavily wounded by a boosted Spitter shot 2 turns before). Admittedly my opponent is a new player so he made some mistakes with positioning and his choice of movement/targets during his turn, but this gave me the opportunity to learn about the anatomy of my list. Gators are very resilient! Especially with +4 defence and +2 armour. At one point I used the Wrastler animus after I had thrown a Gatorman during Barney´s feat, so I could get an extra charge on his Warlock. That was funny - "You are going to do what with the Wrastler?!?!" Think I am going to try out 2 Spitters next time and the Ambushers.

To be honest I don´t yet know enough about the faction to say really. In this one game he did a little damage on the Satyr thanks to his poison, but then I used him to block a charge lane and he died. I think in 50pt games where there are 2 or 3 and they can hunt as a "pack" together they might be OK. Don´t know yet.
What I do know for sure from this one game is that the strength is very much in the Gatormen and the Spitter!
