Figured it would be a good idea to make a list of the news we recieve as we recieve it. I'll attempt to be unbiased here, and will add to this post as we get more news.
Good news
Spirit Bond: Gaining a fury point for each dead warbeast.
Ravagores now aoe 4. Nice.
Scythean loses bloodlust, decreasing number of attacks against single targets.
Lylyth 1 gaining a "gun mages like" options of ranged attacks. Bit more variety never hurt anyone.
Steamroller rules updated. Character limits done away with for multi list formats.
Huge bases being improved with 5 seperate options available in-faction and minions.
Unit attachments said to be fa X, where X is the amount of units available. So warspears are happy.
Veteran Leader no longer requires LOS, good for Warchief and Anyssa
Legion said to still be the best at fury management.
Forsaken seems unchanged.
Eyeless Sight ignores Blind- saves a fury so we don't have to shake. Decent.
Shepherds now fa 3 pc1 - can throw them on one ravagore for fun times.
Lyl 2 feat gives gunfighter and affects all friendly faction models. Seems best with Deathstalkers and Raptors.
Lyl 2 gains Soothing Song to help with fury.
Proteus has major changes. Tentacles are melee chain weapon with pull, gains Grevious wounds with Abby, animus cost 2 debuffs enemy models b2b -2 defense and cannot advance (seems good with Bloodseers) and has base snacking and unyielding. Seems like Abby 2's best friend.
Nephilim keep high thresholds and gain flavored abilities for each one - such as Guard Dog and Precision Strike.
Ogrun are cheaper and gain tough.
Scythean has Murderous as an ability (extra attack die against warriors) and replaces chain attack with Thresher.
Raiders are faster, archers are cheaper
ROF simplified, should affect multiple Legion models.
Warbeast and warjacks appear to have a 1 inch melee range base now.
Archangel now Rat 6, speed 7, gains the Deceptively Mobile rule (3 inch move after activation). Strafe gun is now just d3+1 shots, not bound to strafe (targets 2 inches away yadayada)
Light artillery being improved, somehow.
Zuriel finally gets 2 inch melee.
Bad News
The entire Dragonspawn heavy chasis has been brought down to speed 5.
Blood Creation is gone.
Condition as a mechanic removes 1 fury. However, the same beast can be conditioned multiple times in one turn.
Warmachine recieving the Power Up mechanic.
Ogrun down to 5 boxes.
Veteren leader only gives a +1 bonus, bad for our leaders.
Legos slightly more expensive.
Tenacity is simply gone. Good night sweet prince, and may flights of Angelii screech thee to thy rest.
Lyl2 feat loses Snipe. Lyl 2 Loses Shadow Pack. Ouch.
Eyeless Sight cannot see through Forests.
Other News
Bethayne.... different. Boosted magic was fun certainly, but her feat now granting Flank: friendly Faction Warbeast to our warrior models is interesting. Will need playtesting to determine if this is good or bad.
Vayl loses obliterate but gets a cheaper nuke that leaves a cloud at pow 13. meh.
Premeasuring exists.
Terror does not.

Reposition rule added. Heavy cav said to gain repo 3".
A model must now be completely within a cloud or forest or terrain feature to gain the effects of said feature. One may still "toe" a steamroller zone.
Speed debuffs no longer stop runs or charges.
Command checks are gone, allowing repair and such.
